Selling Equipment
All equipment Rwavemedical sells is patient ready
out of the box when you receive it. This means our Biomed Technicians
have reconditioned the equipment: installed new
batteries, performed electrical leakage safety check, 
preventative
maintenance inspect, then fully calibrate and test this equipment with
a 24 hour burn in period.
The items contained in this website are quality "REFURBISHED" equipment, unless specified as "new" with a "NEW" symbol.
Warranty
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY POLICY FOR REFURBISHED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
All units come with a non-transferable twelve (12) month warranty on all parts and labor (unless stated otherwise). Operator error, damage from units being dropped or hit, misuse, water or any liquids entering the unit, patient cables, pulse oximeter probes or any other external removable cables are not covered. All warranty repairs must be performed by an R-Wave Service Center at either R-Wave Inc. (NY) or R-Wave of Florida, Inc. (FL). Any prior work done to equipment under warranty by any other entity (manufacturer, dealer, service company or end user) will void it's warranty and remove R-Wave from all obligation to repay any repair and/or parts bills. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Seller shall not be held liable for, and shall be held harmless by the purchaser for any damages, consequential, direct or indirectly arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the goods included, but not limited to installation, possession, operation and any and all claims, actions, suits and proceedings which may be instituted in respect to the foregoing.
Extended warranties are available for an additional charge.
Return Policy
Rwavemedical wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or shipping damage within (24) hours of delivery.
Return
merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization
from Rwavemedical customer service by way of a Return Authorization Number
(RMA #).
Contact for an RMA# must be made within (5) days of receipt of order. Rwavemedical reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping and handling are NON-refundable. All returned items must sent back to the Rwavemedical location, freight pre-paid, where the purchase was originally made. Merchandise returned must be in original packaging and in merchantable condition.
The following items are Non-returnable: discounted items, items purchased for resale, items purchased on a competitive bid, and non-stock special orders. Restocking fee will be waived if unit is being exchanged for another Rwavemedical product.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. (Florida or New York). All C.O.D. orders are shipped via Federal Express - Express Saver C.O.D. (3 day). Our customer service department will notify you of the exact C.O.D. amount due when your order is quoted.
Any items returned to Rwavemedical by the shipper due to customer not having payment ready or refusal, are subject to additional shipping charges if the customer requests redelivery.
International Orders
We ship medical equipment around the world, and will do everything possible to provide you with Rwavemedical's prompt service and the best method of delivery. All international orders must be prepaid in US currency.
We accept US bank drafts and US money orders; or send your American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover card account number, along with the expiration date and your signature. Wire transfer funds are available, but require additional fees to process. Freight charges for international shipments are dependant on dimensions and weight of the package. Duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the consignee.
Payment Method
Master Card or Visa cards are accepted at any R-Wave location. You may prepay your order, however using your credit card will ensure the fastest processing and will result in you receiving your equipment sooner!

Please send us you opinion about the products you have purchased from us or the equipment you sent to Rwavemedical for repair or calibration. Let us know what you think. We value your judgement and believe word of mouth advertising is the most effective.
If we publish your feedback we will send you a gift certificate you can use on your next purchase. Participants agree that Rwavemedical has the right to publish their photos and correspondence without compensation other than the above mentioned gift certificate.
